Arti Policy & Quote Comparison v1 is live.
The Policy Comparison quick action takes one to three policies or quotes. Arti compares their limits, deductibles and premium and ranks like-for-like quotes best first, saying who each one suits; with two, it names the one it prefers. It is on the Quick Actions rail and in the Marketplace for everyone with Arti, and a fault that stopped some comparisons from finishing is fixed. Released October 30.

Timeline items open in place.
Clicking a call, email or activity on a customer’s Timeline opens it right there instead of taking you to another page, so you keep your place.

The Timeline has a calendar view that lays out everything that happened on an account by day.

Lost reasons.
Closing an opportunity as Lost asks why, so the agency can see why deals are lost. After a Lost close, Grid offers to close the account’s other open activities too.

Premium terms and annual totals.
Policies and opportunities record their premium term, so a 6-month policy is counted correctly in annual totals. Marketing shows each quote’s term and dates.

The Timeline filter menu is easier to use, the forms search resets properly, and the policy picker works from the keyboard. Items due today have their own color. A collapsed side panel opens again when you click into it.
