GridOrigin
Send part of an intake form to the customer.
Choose which sections of a form in progress the customer should answer, and send them a link — they fill just those sections, with no account and nothing else of the form visible. Live links are listed on a Shared links tab and marked on the draft they belong to, and a link already out can be re-scoped, re-dated, re-sent or revoked. When a customer's finish looks like a duplicate of an existing record, the decision comes back to the agent.
·
GridOrigin
Several people on one opportunity.
An opportunity carries a primary agent plus any number of additional assignees, managed from a roster on the opportunity summary. "Assigned to me" counts a deal wherever you sit on it, and the pipeline can be narrowed to the ones you own outright.
·
GridOrigin
A Tier on every opportunity.
Agencies configure their own ranking in settings — name, order, colour, archive — and agents set it inline on the pipeline, filter and sort by it including "No tier", and see it on a kanban card. Workflows can set it and branch on it.
·
GridOrigin
A Source on every opportunity, mirrored from Applied Epic.
Import the agency's own source list from Epic or write your own, offer it on an intake form as hidden, optional or required, and show it as a pipeline column. Workflows carry it through to the opportunity and to the Epic client.
·
GridOrigin
Close and follow up from the activities list.
Click an activity's status circle or its Open pill to close it, tick several rows and close them together, or push a follow-up date — tomorrow, in three days, next week, or one you pick — straight from the Follow Up Start cell. The flow runs on the keyboard, urgent activities carry a red badge, and a closed row reflects it immediately. The same click-to-close reaches activity rows in GridCom.
·
GridOrigin
The activity panel edits in place.
A Details tab saves description, assignee, priority and follow-up as you leave each field, the panel header names the activity's customer as a link, and an optional Last Contacted column shows how long it has been since anyone spoke to them.
·
GridOrigin
Pipeline edits appear as you make them.
Estimated value, expected close date, description, line of business and source all paint their new value on the render that closes the editor and revert if the save fails. Expected close date is also a quick-pick on the row.
·
GridOrigin
Renewal columns on the pipeline.
Current Premium, Change %, Carrier and Policy # are available in Column Settings, and a premium change is graded by size wherever it appears.
·
GridOrigin
A bundle's header says what its members share.
Status, Department, Type and Agent read the shared value or "Mixed", the earliest expected close date stands for the bundle, sorting and searching follow what the header displays, and status can be set from the header for every member at once.
·
GridOrigin
Your filters and columns stay put.
Pipeline, Customers, Leads and Activities remember their filters across a reload or a second tab, and a saved activities layout holds.
·
GridOrigin
Marketing, renamed and rebuilt.
An opportunity opens on its Marketing tab, its markets are called Carrier Submissions, and the stage tracker sits with them. Selling is the program itself — picking coverages and confirming records the sale — and un-selling a coverage or a whole program, with an offer to reopen a deal closed won, is a click. A coverage line is clickable end to end, and Log quote opens the whole response wherever it is pressed.
·
GridOrigin
Write with Arti starts from something you saved.
Composing a market's submission email offers the agency's saved quick actions and email templates as a starting point, each row showing what it writes and whether it follows a template, and the draft can look the client up before it writes.
·
GridOrigin
Workflows reach further.
A workflow can run when an opportunity closes — including a Lost close in a department with no closing stage — close the activities matching a code, and route on any field the trigger carries, including form answers, customer fields and the agency's own custom fields. Run one on a record by hand from the Workflows page, and reissue a failed run against the same record from the runs list. A scheduled workflow that runs per person warns when it is addressed to one fixed recipient.
·
GridOrigin
Carrier supplementals are mappable and fillable.
A checkbox or radio can be clicked at the default fit-to-width zoom, filled values print at the form's own size rather than stretched, and a field with no tooltip shows the label printed beside it on the page — so a curator sees which question they are mapping, and the library lists how many of a form's questions will fill blank.
·
GridOrigin
Add documents to a PDF you already have open.
Bring in an upload, one of the customer's AMS attachments or one of their forms without leaving the editor, drop files straight onto the thumbnail rail, order a batch before it lands, and paste into a text box. Thumbnails show the edits you have made.
·
GridOrigin
The document selection bar fits a narrow panel.
Tick a document and the bar offers Select All; where the panel is too narrow for every action, the actions fold into a More menu instead of running off the edge.
·
GridOrigin
Create the activity you want to file against, where you file.
Every GridOrigin upload offers Create Activity beside the activity picker, so a document can be filed against an activity that does not exist yet.

Intake forms read like the paper they replace.
A form's style kit can put a question's label beside its answer at one of three widths, and a ZIP question takes five digits — including when a ZIP+4 is pulled from an existing record.
